Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to the use of the biblical-character matching test and related content provided by WhoBible (the “Service”).
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service provides:
- A biblical-character matching test based on 40 questions
- Information and reflection material on 40 biblical figures
- Classification and commentary across four archetypes (Leader, Visionary, Guardian, Pioneer)
- Member features to be provided in the future (saved test results, my page, etc.)
Article 3 (User Responsibilities)
Users are responsible for not using the Service in the following ways:
- Infringing on others' rights or damaging their reputation
- Disrupting the stable operation of the Service (e.g., mass automated requests)
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of Service content
Article 4 (Content Copyright)
All content within the Service — text, images, character illustrations, matching algorithm, and more — is copyrighted by WhoBible or its rightful owners. Non-commercial personal use and sharing is permitted, but commercial use requires prior consent.
Article 5 (Nature of Test Results)
The test results provided by this Service are a reference to aid self-understanding and do not claim diagnostic, prophetic, or theological authority. Users should treat results as a starting point for reflection, not as absolute.
Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)
The Service may be changed or suspended, in whole or in part, without prior notice for operational or technical reasons, and WhoBible is not liable for any resulting damages.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
WhoBible is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, communication failures, power outages, or hacking. WhoBible is also not liable for damages arising from decisions users make based on results obtained through the Service.
Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)
These Terms may be revised due to changes in applicable law or policy, or service improvements, and revised Terms take effect upon notice within the Service. Users who do not agree to the changes may decline by discontinuing use of the Service.
