Why we built this
Plenty of tools help with self-understanding — MBTI, 16personalities, and more. But few offer a spiritual mirror: a way to see yourself through the different callings biblical figures lived out.
WhoBible holds up the distinct colors these figures carried — Moses' hesitation, David's longing, Ruth's loyalty, Paul's fire — as a mirror to help you understand who you are right now.
How it works
- 40 questions — Answer on a 5-point scale about your values, relationship patterns, and how you respond to crisis.
- Weighted matching — Each answer is scored differently against all 40 characters.
- Your closest match — The highest-scoring character becomes your mirror, with two runners-up also shown.
Four colors
The 40 characters fall into four archetypes, grouped by the grain of their calling.
Those who step forward to open the way — callings like Moses, David, Joshua.
Those who see beyond their time — callings like Isaiah, Jeremiah, John the Baptist.
Those who walk alongside others — callings like Ruth, Barnabas, Mary.
Those sent out to go — callings like Paul, Abraham, Andrew.
We're not stopping at 40
We're starting with 40 characters, but WhoBible's mirror will keep growing — ordinary mothers, anonymous servants, forgotten prophets, and names that appear only briefly yet leave a deep mark. New characters will keep being added.
If you've already taken the test, check back sometime. A newly added character might reveal a side of yourself you hadn't seen before.
